1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Give your Agent all of your expectations, in a the home, your time frames, your limitations. Good communication will go a long way when you are looking for your dream home. Get a home inspection.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Disclose any information you have regarding the home. This will help you in the long run and there are no surprises for the Buyers.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Buyers, Sellers, Investors. Some who are not quite sure of what they want and some know EXACTLY what they are looking for. Its is process it does NOT have to be complicated.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my Buyers was able to get a beautiful newer home completely furnished well below market value. They were quite pleased and are enjoying their second home every chance they get.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My Real Estate career began selling New Homes with my Husband who was the Developer. We have built over 125 homes here in the White Mountains of Arizona. It is an amazing place to live. Beautiful.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Being a Designated Broker has certainly given me more education to help my Clients as well as the Clients of my Agents. I am currently working on a few designations. As Agents we are required to receive 24 hours of Continued Education at a minimum. There are so many Conferences that I attend each year that give me additional education and a look into the future of Real Estate.
