Although personable and nice, I think this agent is suitable mostly for local, more experienced home buyers. She doesn't pay attention to the some of the details that inexperienced home buyers will probably miss (and what is she getting paid for if not to help her clients). We currently have several unexpected costs and we are glad we didn't offer more for a house that she recommended we offer over asking. We ended up overpaying big time! Hopefully others have had a much better experience.
