I grew up a few blocks from Wrigley Field in Chicago. Back when played on our red metal sleds up and down the alleys during big snows, learned to skateboard on the sidewalks, played hopscotch and didn't come in until our mom's opened their doors and called our names. My experience in selling residential real estate for 29yrs started on the NW side of Chicago selling residential homes, then onto representing builders in the West Loop's early budding days to guiding homeowners and buyers into one of their largest purchases, allows me to be multifaceted, listen to your "wish list" and able to hone in on your wants and needs. I also try and help you "think out of the box". In addition for sellers, it has helped me to be able to walk a home prior to listing and create a room by room step-by-step guide for you prior to your home hitting the market so it makes a best first impression. We go the extra mile with you to help you create a visual experience for your home for prospective buyers before photography. Your home becomes a product, complete with details that make it unique, a story behind it, and it's my job to build and capitalize on that for a marketing campaign unique to your home.
