ZillowVERIFIEDCould not recommend Lillian more highly. Lillian provided a highly detailed comparative analysis to help us set the right price for our home. She also did a thorough walkthrough with us and made realistic suggestions for small improvements that would help make our listing more desirable. Once the house was listed, she was in constant communication with us for everything from fielding offers to the the final closing, making sure everything was taken care of. We had a tremendous experience with her and would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She was kind, patient, and collaborative in our home-buying journey. We never felt any kind of pressure from Lillian during the buying process, and she really communicated with us throughout to ensure that we were comfortable at each step, even when drafting our offer on the home that we bought. We were beyond fortunate in that our first offer was accepted, and we owe a lot of thanks for that to Lillian: Not only did she help us to write a competitive offer that was well within our financial means and budget, but she encouraged us throughout to be thoughtful and intentional about the houses that we toured, as well.When we first met with Lillian, we had created a list of must-haves, deal-breakers, and would-be-nices, and she truly took the time to get to know us and to ensure that she understood why each item was important to us. The only reason I put 4 stars for responsiveness, is that Zillow considers 5 stars to be "immediate responses," and in this day and age, do you really want instant responses to everything?! Lillian ALWAYS responded within 24 hours, and if it was urgent, she always responded well before then. The reason I point this out is that if your realtor is truly "immediately responsive," then he or she is likely not being respectful of the clients that she is with during showings, meetings, or contract writing; so in my opinion, Zillow has the idea of 5 stars for responsiveness completely wrong! ;) Lillian was beyond adequately responsive for us, and we appreciated that when we were meeting with her, we had her FULL attention and aid. That was exactly what we wanted in our real estate agent - someone who valued her customers' time, as much as we valued hers.If you're looking to buy a home in the Pittsburgh area, we 20/10 recommend Lillian!!
