My family and I were planning on moving to Southern California for a while, however a job opportunity came up much sooner than expected and I had to leave the Bay Area within 2 weeks. I had hired another Real Estate Agent, who did a terrible job. She did not show the house for nearly 3 months. Through my negotiations in cancelling my contract, I came across Lien Celi who promptly relisted the property.From Day 1, she set quality open houses, with great recaps and plans to follow up. For example, the buyer wanted additional inspections (outside of contract) and requested me to pay for them. Fortunately, the inspections passed, however she was able to negotiate that I would only need to pay if further work was needed.From start to finish, she made sure I was aware of where we were in the process, made sure I understood what and why were doing it and worked to ensure both parties were getting the best deal. Lien has done amazing work! She found us! She was walking door to door giving out information about buying homes. My brother in law was in the front yard and she asked him if anyone in his Family are looking to buy a home, and we were! She came in and we talked and scheduled an appointment.
