As a graduate of Langley High School, Libby has always had strong ties to the community. At Langley, she played soccer on the varsity team for four years. Participating in team sports helped Libby become the competitive leader she is today. After high school, Libby graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing, and a Minor in Leadership. Libby then returned to McLean, Virginia, to pursue a career in business. In 2012, Libby worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was responsible for onboarding candidates from start to finish. Following her time at Booz Allen Hamilton, Libby accepted a position as a manager of an insurance association in Washington, D.C. There, Libby spearheaded the organization's membership program, managing the relationship and communication between the company and more than 200 firms in the insurance community. Nearly three years later, Libby realized she wanted to help clients in a bigger way and decided to switch gears and begin a career in real estate. Whenever she's not working, you can find Libby cheering on Washington sports teams or spending time with her husband and family. She adores her two nephews who also keep her busy on the weekends. She also enjoys volunteering and helping out the local community. In 2018, Libby was nominated for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) Woman of the Year campaign. Thanks to her volunteer work raising money for blood cancer research, she raised over $88K for the cause! She also is the founder of Frontline Fuel and raised thousands to support local restaurants during the pandemic while feeding hospital workers. She was even recognized by President Trump and invited to the White House for her work.

We have now worked with Libby to purchase 2 homes and sell one home, and we couldnt possibly recommend her more. We were in a very tight time crunch with my wife being 4 months pregnant and needing to both sell our home and purchase a new home very quickly. We let Libby know that we wanted to get our home on the market and she had professional photos taken and the house listed within 4 days. We then had a showing scheduled the same day that it was listed and received an offer that evening. So the house was essentially on the market for less than 24 hours and we accepted an offer that we were extremely happy with. While selling our house we were also touring houses to purchase at the same time. The market was very competitive and we put in multiple competitive offers with Libby being extremely skilled and aggressive in making sure that we had the best chance possible of getting our dream home. We ended up finding the perfect home for us in a beautiful location and Libby worked her magic to get us under contract before any other offers were even able to come in. She truly helped us get our dream home where we will probably live for the next 10-15 years. We cannot possibly thank her enough. She is truly incredible both as an agent and as a human being and we would recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We cant thank Libby enough for her help and outstanding service in assisting our son on the purchase of his first home in Arlington, VA. Libby has a remarkable knowledge of the area and offered great insight into a variety of properties that we looked at. She was always available to answer questions and meet us to visit the properties. Additionally, Libby has an extremely pro-active and professional team assisting her throughout the process, from pre-qualification to closing.
