I couldnt agree more with the write-ups about David. He is definitely an expert in his field, a ten I would say. Selling a house is very stressful but with him by our side it was like just a walk in the park. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I think this is so because he is so highly organized, the communication was superb and in real-time aside from the fact that he is very easy to deal with. We had originally planned to sell our townhouse early in 2024. Life happens, I was laid off early in 2022 and we decided it was time to sell and relocate to a less expensive area.
