When looking for a realtor it is rare to find the complete package. The process started off with Levi's team making sure they had an understanding of what my priorities and non-negotiables were in a property. They provided a realistic but encouraging approach to this step of the process that instantly put my mind at ease. Then the fun began! The same day I started receiving emails with links to listings that were close to the criteria we had set a few hours prior. After browsing that night and deciding on a few homes to visit I contacted Levi's team and they were able to get me into the home the next afternoon. The flexibility in their availability coupled with the speed and clarity in which they communicated allowed me to be agile in my search. The process for me took longer than expected due to the budget and criteria I was set on. I was willing to wait and find the property that was for me. Levi's team was patient, non-pressuring, and kept up the same level of energy from day one until I finally found the property the fit my needs. The negation process was quick, smooth and worked out in my favor. Levi's team was able to construct an offer that allowed me to bring less cash to closing than originally anticipated. Many realtors can come up with a creative off but his team took the time to explain how it worked and allow the process to be a learning one as well. The service didn't stop there as with most realtors. After closing that's when you really get a chance to see how his team's customer skills are top-notch. There were a few items that needed repair on the home. Levi's book of recommendations all came in with the lowest quotes and the same level of service.I highly recommend Levi and Associates for your property purchase needs.
