Levi Loetscher

Originally from Lewiston, Idaho, Levi has been in Spokane for over ten years and has been a real estate agent for the last 3 of those. He is happily married to Adrianne, a Nurse Manager at Providence Sacred Heart and they share two children, Gabe and Ava. The kids are active on the Spokane Waves swim team and are headed into 4th and 2nd grade this year. When he's not helping people buy & sell homes, Levi enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally sitting down to play a good video game when time allows. With a background in retail & customer service, Levi has a ton of experience building relationships and helping people find exactly what they need. He now applies this experience to real estate, and has sold everything from a $50,000 piece of land to million dollar homes.
