Incredible is the word I would use to describe the service and results Leslie delivered. I know that 5 stars across the board may seem like I rushed through this review without thinking. However, the opposite is actually true. As a first-time homebuyer in 2010 (of new construction) and now as a first-time seller in 2016, I was in dire need of someone to assist in the selling process of my home as this was new territory for me. I was so fortunate to find Leslie Remy of Astra Realty. She?s been amazing! From the listing and staging process all the way to negotiations and closing, Leslie patiently guided me through each stage with all the expectations along the way. She promptly answered every question I had (through email or text, which is crucial IMO), especially when I sounded like a broken record asking seemingly the same questions over and over again. Thank you for being so patient with me! When it came to the listing, Leslie personally offered staging ideas for my home to make it attractive to potential buyers. The MLS pictures looked great! Then when it came to negotiating pricing with the buyer, Leslie fought hard for me and was able to get everything I had sought. Initially, the buyers tried countering with a lower price and then subsequently asked for my fridge in the transaction, but Leslie wouldn?t have any of that, LOL! She countered and negotiated exactly what I had requested and closed the deal. Excellent! After going through this process for the first time, I?ve realized there are so many different ways selling a home can go awry. From inspections, appraisals, loan issues, and everything in between, there?s so much that can go wrong that can sabotage the whole process and be forced back to square one. Thankfully, I had none of these issues (although still stressful, LOL) and I attribute Leslie?s expertise AND calm that made this entire experience seamless and near painless. I would not hesitate to recommend Leslie and her team at Astra Realty. She?s a tremendous asset to the real estate community.
