My mom passed away in June 2023 and we knew wed be selling her Blowing Rock house. I knew of Leslies reputation and success rate, so I had contacted her before this to ask her if shed consider selling this house when the time came. Happily she said yes! So, a few months passed and then I made the call. Leslie was right on it. In addition to it being a really big house, there were some additional problems that had to be addressed before sale which, because we dont live close by, Leslie had to deal with. She did it all beautifully and we were always in the loop! The house went on the market just before Christmas and we had a buyer right away! We expected the house to be on the market for a long time but it was snapped right up and we believe Leslies connections, reputation and ability got the house sold.
