ZillowVERIFIEDWeston sold our house during the height of Covid . He made every effort to keep us safe. He even went the extra mile to pick up food for us in Astoria and bring packing supplies. After we completed the move several packages were mistakenly delivered to our old address. Weston saw to it that the boxes were shipped to the correct address. When final contract language contradicted mutual verbal understanding of a fee he paid the difference out of his own pocket. Weston acted in a dual agent capacity. I never felt that he favored one side above another or tried to play one off against another. We sold for well above market value. Weston never tried to get us to lower our price for a quick sale. Trust is an important component of any relationship. He exceeds on that measure.
