Leslie is very well informed of the house. When we asked questions she knew the answers. We were out of state buyers, Leslie recommended lawyer, phone #'s of electric sewer cable companies. I had never used a realtor and I had 6 weeks to find a house that was move in ready and move and start a job. I had gone through two bad "fits" with previous realtors. I lost two dream house along the way, Leslie worked great with my control freak personality. She let me know what was my responsibility and what was hers, because I tend to micromanage.
