Working with Liz Johnson and Lesley Miller was terrible from the very beginning. We worked with Liz because a friend referred her. The experience was so bad that we are not friends with that friend anymore. We moved from out of state, so the sale was a slam dunk. We spent hours on our own looking for houses online, then my husband flew to Washington and looked for houses himself because Lesley was only available one day to meet with him. This just happened to be the day she was going to sign her name onto the contract for the sale. Lesley showers up 20 minutes late, without a call to let my husband know where she was. She didn't know anything about real estate, the area, schools, negations, I regretted putting her on for commission so much that I have contacted the state licensure office to try and recoup her commissions. After the sale there was zero follow up or contact. Since we were out of state, we arranged the realtor to be there at the walk through. The day of the walk through, we had to contact the realtor. Of course the realtor forgot to show up, and lied about her kid being sick. The story she told was a ridiculous (both my husband and I are nurses). When we complained to Liz, Liz sent emails that involved swearing and belittling language. She also did not remember who were were or that were out of state and needed Lesley to be our representation. I would not recommend working with them. I understand they have a lot of positive, 5 star reviews, but the experience we had was awful. It took me months to come up with a review that was not full of anger.If I could give this ZERO stars, I would.

Lesley is hands down the best buying agent we could ask for and have ever worked with!! Lesley showed us a lot of houses and was honest about the things she saw that would be an issue. We never once felt like she was just trying to make a sale, and was pushing us into a home. Lesley was patient with all of our questions (and we had A LOT!) and was great about showing us houses we saw as well. Thank you Lesley!! :)

We're first time home buyers and just like any first timers, this process was long and stressful. Although we started by attending seminars and did some research of our own prior to committing on purchasing a house, there were still questions we need help with.
