ZillowVERIFIEDThe worst experience, I have encountered, in my professional career. I hired, Leslie Dabe, to sell my property in Sneedville Tn. In my opinion, Leslie Dabe's misrepresentation of the truth, created an atmosphere, to the extent that my property is not sold. Leslie Dabe, via a text message, stated in the text, the buyers were approved, when in fact they never were. The second buyer, under contract, had a specific time, to get me the proof of funds, and earnest monies. The contract stated, the buyer had 5 days, for proof of funds and 7 days for the earnest monies. Both of these dates came and went, without proof. I have all corresponding text messages, e-mails to substantiate my position.
