My wife and I just purchased our third house and Les Priest was the realtor that sold both of our previous houses. We met with Les and stated our goals for how long we wanted it on the market and he developed a strategy and suggested a fair sale price to meet our goals. He sold both house quicker than expected and the negotiations and closings were as easy as they could be. He is our GO-TO realtor.
