1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Take it one step at a time. First pray on it. Get your finances in order. Get your credit in order and set a time table. When this is done get advice from people who have done this before.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Take it one step at a time. Make sure there are no surprises like unpaid bills that could be attached as liens on the house. Get the house in "selling " shape. Speak to one or two agents and compare their presentation. You should be able to tell the professional presentation compared to the fast sell presentation.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with buyers and sellers. I work with people in the Florida area. I work with people from the New York,(North) area.
I work with people from the Caribbean and I speak Spanish as well
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently I worked with a seller from Ohio. The house in Florida needed some work and I was able to get all if it done while she was in Ohio. It was a difficult transaction but I made it happen.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I moved to Florida from New York and needed something meaningful to do. I like to interact with people so, I chose Real Estate and the rest is history
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a business background, so I can offer market analysis on houses in the local area
