Leonid did a great job helping us with the sale of our 3Br condo in Brooklyn. The condo had been listed with two different brokers for a total of 11 months aEUR| in all that time we had one deal that fell apart .. both brokers were very nice people but the property didn't sell aEUR| We then signed up with Lenny aEUR| we had a buyer offer at a fair price in just two weeks aEUR| signed a contract and closed the deal shortly thereafter Lenny was responsive to any questions we had and helpful throughout

First start from getting mortgage approval this will help you to proceed immediately when you will find the right house and you will have less chance to loose it and maybe even get it for less money.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Price it right this will get you top dollar for the shortest amount of time , interview few real estate agent , market experts in your area to support the value by comparable sales
