Consult with a Realtor such as myself and discuss the options of how quickly you would like to sell your home and what risks are involved when pricing your home to high.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with a teacher for 3 years until she bought a home. I have worked with investors, first time home buyers, step up home buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A referral of a Coast Guard 1st response diver needed to buy a home without viewing it. I located a home that I was able to negotiate the home to have a pest clearance and was able to negotiate $10,000 less than asking.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Took a class after my brother told me to be a realtor and I told him they were all crooks. I took the class and learnt there was a fiduciary duty & code of ethics in place. So I got excited knowing all I needed to do was learn product knowledge.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I work for banks doing about 20-30 Broker Price Opinions to give them value's of local homes. So I am able to stay ahead of the market knowing the market inventory and pricing.
