After working in corporate accounting and retail management, a love for the area, decorating and appreciation of architecture made the transition to Real Estate Sales in 2008 a positive one. In August of 2020 I became a licensed Broker in VT. Born and raised in Proctor and currently living in West Rutland, minutes away from of Rutland City, I have enjoyed living, raising and educating a family in Vermont. It is my goal as a Real Estate Agent to provide you with the experience and customer service you deserve. Currently a member of the Green Mountain Association of Realtors(R), Realtor of the Year 2019 and past Board Treasurer. A previous member of the Rutland County Board of Realtors'(R), I served as Board President in 2013. I keep active on the community level by participating in the following organizations: Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce (Activities Committee), West Rutland Planning Commission, and Women of the Moose. Leisure activities include reading, swimming, traveling and spending time with my fantastic family.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The best way to ensure your home-buying process is as stress free as possible; find a real estate pro who will guide you through every aspect of the transaction by putting your family's needs first.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pricing Strategy - not pricing it too high so you scare buyers away or too low so you leave money on the table. Devise a marketing plan to give you maximum exposure to attract more buyers and contacts.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with buyers and sellers of residential real estate in both the primary and second home markets.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A lovely woman from Wales purchased a home in Poultney, sight unseen. Hearing that it was exactly as she had pictured in her mind was extremely satisfying.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After working in corporate accounting and a bit of retail management, I wanted a career change that would allow me to help people reach their real estate goals/dreams and provide me with a flexible schedule.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation was way to benefit prospective home buyers and sellers with a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Broker license 2020. Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE) 2021.
