ZillowVERIFIEDI used Leon Coleman Smith from Cole Group as my agent to buy my house but that experience was really a nightmare for me. He lied to me about a big land is located behind the property. He told me that the county owns the land and they keep it clean. After we finished the closing I found out that the big land belongs to the property I bought. That lie represents extra cost for me to keep that land clean. He was working with seller agent to obtain the commission. He doesnt care his clients. He just care about the money.
