NOT easy to do business with! We contacted Leolinda to sell my father's home in Sun City Grand. We found her to be very abrupt and non-responsive. I asked her basic questions to clarify what she had written in an email. Below is an excerpt from my email that she completely IGNORED. My sister, brother and I were selling my father's home while all of us live in other states. I understand that communication can get difficult among several people and we were committed to coming to consensus among the three of us prior to making decisions with any realtor. She said she would only communicate with one person. ** " 'The paint and wall paper should be changed.' What paint should be changed? Regarding wallpaper - is this in reference to the powder room only? ** I have come learn that the word "staging" means different things to different people. What do you mean when you say the house should be staged? What kind of props are you referring to? A previous realtor said she stages the house. That meant she put out place settings on a small bistro table in the kitchen, fake plants in the corner of the major living rooms and towels in the bathrooms. Have you ever used virtual staging and would you recommend it?** "...I will have only one center of contact, the trustee." Please elaborate. You will only talk to and only email with one person? Or you will communicate with all of us but will only take direction/decisions from the trustee? ** What is your commission as the selling realtor?
