1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get approved prior to viewing any home. If anyone needs advise on where to get approved I work with several lenders.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I like to view the home before I make any recommendations. Sometimes I will advise on not doing anything sometimes I will make a seller do several items prior to putting on market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All kinds-I get the majority of my customers from past referrals. First time, existing, and investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Love helping first time home owners. The expression they have on their face when closing is reason why I'm in real estate.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started at a company called Why USA Real Estate where my broker made Real Estate enjoyable.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I've been selling real estate over 25, their are very few things I haven't witnessed. I normally take a CE class every two months.
