Let me tell you about Lena! She is absolutely fantastic! Has to be the best realtor in Las Vegas! Period! Before Lena I had a realtor who told me because of the market I need to have all my closing cost. And when I told him I didnt he basically made me feel as though getting a home would be impossible and I found myself doing all the work, as far as searching for homes and researching strategies on how to get the seller to pay for the closing cost. He barley initiated text and only communicated when I would text him. Then a co worker/friend of mine who was also looking for a home, put me in contact with Lena. Right away she made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring that she would get me and my family into a home. I talked to her on a Thursday and by the next Thursday my offer was accepted and the seller paid ALL my closing cost! So we found Lena on the internet and BOY were we lucky. Being from out of state it was a little tricky. We found the house we loved and she was like a ?Pitbull? to make sure we got it done.
