I could not have asked for more from Len and his team. We discussed in detail what improvements to make to get the house on the market quickly and in position to obtain the best possible price. I never felt pressured to overspend and always felt his recommendations on what to improve and what to leave alone were right on point. Having Len front the cost of the renovations just made everything less stressful. I was amazed how his listing manager Liz Cayot was able to coordinate so many moving parts including a construction of an office to get our house ready in record time. Escrow was smoothly managed by Jordon and we were able to close several days early on an already short escrow and for a price beyond what we expected. If you are selling a house in Pacifica, I really cant understand using anyone else

Len Stone and his team, led by Liz Cayot, helped us through the process of getting our Pacifica home ready for sale, and then quickly sold, for well over the carefully selected list price. During the process they were responsive, helpful, and understanding. Lens knowledge of the market and daily fluctuations led to a quick and successful sale. What can we say that hasnt already been said? Thanks so much, Len, Liz, and Jordon, for making the sale of our Pacifica property after 29 years of ownership as smooth as it could have possibly been. It was a difficult and emotional decision for us, fearing we may make the wrong decision, but once we committed to listing with Len, we stopped worrying. His team took care of all the details, major to minor. They supplied us with the tradesmen we needed to get the building ready to sell, and each one of them completed their bid by working after-hours to get the work done on time. The property sold in less than two weeks. Len not only got the price we wanted, but he got us the price we dreamed of. Writing a review was harder than I thought, after reading previous ones. I agree with them! Its fairly apparent that Len + Team has a solid reputation: they know what theyre doing, theyre creative in their personalization of each sale (they know that no two are alike) and they work non-stop until the jobs done. Thats what happened in our case. We would recommend them to both buyers and sellers, unconditionally. Len doesnt talk about himself much. Check out his bio. I cannot recommend Len Stone Real Estate highly enough. We recently found ourselves in need of an agent to help us sell our home in Pacifica. I have a very demanding job with quite a bit of travel and two young children, and I was at a bit of a loss as to how we were going to get our house ready for sale. The first time I spoke with Len, he reassured me that his team could help us get through what felt like an overwhelming process. With the help of his team, we were able to focus on high priority / high return improvements, and we were ultimately able to sell for nearly 30 percent over asking. Len and his team are professional, efficient, and responsive, and are genuinely nice people. I am confident that we would not have had the great result we did without their help!
We were relocating from San Francisco to Pacifica. Len was referred to us by a few friends in Pacifica. I was newly pregnant, and wanted to move before the baby came. In fact, Len and Michael knew I was pregnant before our families did!Len and Michael were super realistic with our wish list items vs our budget and the market. Michael only had to show us a few homes. The first home we put an offer on, and after some negotiation, we won. That's saying a lot in this Bay Area market. They gave us sound guidance throughout the purchase, escrow period, and loan process. Their service was seamless. Our escrow was super fast (~2 weeks) and I was in my new house and able to settle in before our baby arrived.We ended up referring Len to my Father-in-Law, whom they sold a house for in Bernal Heights. They did a fantastic job with the sale. I wholeheartedly recommend Len and his team for any real estate needs. I work in finance and know the service side of this industry all too well. Great service is how you distinguish yourself and they delivered from beginning to end. I never felt ignored and I was touching basea constantly with them.
I can't say enough great things about Len Stone and his team. He and his team were communicative, knowledgable, organized, flexible and just plain helpful. We have sold houses before but this was the easiest and best experience we have had. All papers were signed through email making the process efficient for all. Inspections and home improvements were aligned so the selling process moved quickly. Whenever we had a question, a team member or Len himself would respond with in a day. We feel that selling our house with Len Stone Real Estate was one of the best decisions we could have made. If you are thinking about using them, please do, you will not be disappointed!
Len and his team did an excellent job of staging, showing and marketing my home. He made sure we had a complete package of inspections and disclosures ready for potential buyers to streamline the process and we received almost 20 offers, all above asking! Len helped me sort thru all of ohem and negotiated a fabulous deal for us. We were able to close in 10 days and the paperwork was handled quickly /efficiently. He has a highly professional team that kept in contact with me throughout all the final details. Great job!!
Justin from the Len Stone team was a great asset in helping us get a home in San Francisco. Justin has great communication skills and was always on top of every step of the process. He knows the area well and had good tips on the neighborhood. I'm a satisfied customer.
