ZillowVERIFIEDI have both bought and sold a house with Leila and I can say with certainty she is the best in the area. This girl knows her stuff! Buying with a VA loan can be tough, and Leila knew all the ins and outs with it. We moved to Louisiana from Florida and actually bought our home sight unseen because she was able to give us a video tour and we jumped on the opportunity when we found the perfect home. Then, when it came to selling our house in 2021, she did an incredible job pricing it correctly and seeing it through to closing. This was NOT one of those sales that happened over a weekend with a bidding war like you hear about. It took three weeks to sell our house and something like 28 showings and Leila stayed the course like a champ. She made adjustments, but she stuck to her guns that the right buyers would come along. She was absolutely right and we sold our home for over asking price. Leila does a great job from start to finish and remains calm even through the most dramatic ups and downs of a home sale. And here's the kicker: She's the kind of realtor that doesn't just disappear after closing. She stays engaged with her clients and is continually giving back to her community. That's huge, at least in my eyes, and I appreciate everything she has done for our family over the years. She's *still* answering my questions and I live in Georgia now. I will always recommend her!
