We did not have a realtor so we took Zillows suggested realtor and go in touch with Paul Mata. Paul has been wonderful to work with from the beginning. Since we were living in a different state and couldnt take the time off to look at houses in person, we connected with Paul via zoom for walk-throughs. I dont know if the COVID pandemic made this option a new aEURoenormalaEUR? way of shopping, but it was a new experience for us. Once we selected a house, Paul connected us with the home loan folks at Zillow. Throughout the process, Paul ensured we were happy and had no concerns. If we had a question, Paul quickly contacted the selling agent and got answers to us very expeditiously. We had a lot of trepidation purchasing a home virtually, but Paul and the team at Zillow made everything so easy. When we finally had time to take possession of the house, Paul arranged lunch at a local restaurant and met us for lunch and take us to our new home. Working with Paul throughout this process has been amazing and worry-free. Paul is a consummate professional who cares about his clients needs and works diligently to ensure those needs and desires are met. We would definitely work with Paul again and recommend his services to anyone!
