When we decided we really liked the Havre de Grace area she made sure to help us look for houses in that area. She was very careful of the fact that we wanted to avoid an HOA. In addition to helping us find a wonderful house, she helped us find a lender, and insurance agent, an inspection company, movers and a handyman.
