ZillowVERIFIEDWe live out of state and were looking for a place in Colorado Springs to be close to family. Leif got us preapproved, hooked up to a program that daily showed us listings within our parameters, and we were ready to get started. The homes we were interested in he went to with our son and did a video of the place for us (remember, we live out of state.) Thats above and beyond! Unfortunately, we feared the market was about to fall and against Leifs advice we decided to wait. The market climbed. He hung in there with us communicating throughout our wait. We flew into town recently and went out to look at a couple of places. The one we liked we saw at 2:00 pm, had to have offers in by 5:00 and he had previous appointments that afternoon. He still got it done and our offer was accepted. Throughout the process Leif listened, stayed with us even when we backed off buying earlier, and showed a tremendous amount of energy to find us what we wanted!
