We live out of state and were looking for a place in Colorado Springs to be close to family. Leif got us preapproved, hooked up to a program that daily showed us listings within our parameters, and we were ready to get started. The homes we were interested in he went to with our son and did a video of the place for us (remember, we live out of state.) Thats above and beyond! Unfortunately, we feared the market was about to fall and against Leifs advice we decided to wait. The market climbed. He hung in there with us communicating throughout our wait. We flew into town recently and went out to look at a couple of places. The one we liked we saw at 2:00 pm, had to have offers in by 5:00 and he had previous appointments that afternoon. He still got it done and our offer was accepted. Throughout the process Leif listened, stayed with us even when we backed off buying earlier, and showed a tremendous amount of energy to find us what we wanted!

Horrible. Realtors like Laif are why you need to hire a real estate attorney to review the contracts. Laif failed in the following areas: failure to communicate with us (active military family) clearly; unprofessional; poor listening skills; lack of experience; not knowledgeable about selling houses for a seller with a VA loan tied to protective regulations; dishonest; poor negotiator; pushy and manipulative on his agenda to get paid as much and as quickly as he could; priced our house too low and wouldnt budge; he did not abide by COVID guidelines when we specifically asked him to due to my high risk; and we had to stay on top of him for the listing details, paperwork, and sharing information with us. His broker gaslighted us and gave us excuses during the process. He also failed to submit paperwork to our homeowners insurance company so we had to pay almost a year of insurance for a house we sold. Would not recommend.
