Leesa set up a schedule to get our home ready to sell, she provided comps in the area and advised how to increase value by moving out, putting in new carpet, having it empty and clean and helped with everything in between. She showed us all of the ins and ours of how our upgraded fence, updated bathrooms and wood floors would effect the pricing.
