I highly recommend Lee if you need a realtor! The home buying process can be stressful (ours did not come without hiccups) but he was always available to answer any concerns or questions with honesty and transparency. We were so fortunate to have him as our realtor. He was very patient letting us see multiple homes until we found the right home in the right neighborhood for the right price. Lee was very helpful and saw a couple of houses with him. However, after I signed a contract and have closing dates, communication wasn't the best. He made few promises and mentioned his special programs for veterans but that was just the promise that he never completed. So, I would not recommend Lee and his service. He could be more honest. Buying and selling a home is just not a one-time business. If you are a veteran, find other realtor who would not make fake promises about their special program just to get your business.
