Jayla was exceptional from start to finish!! We saw what was our dream house for sale but knew we would need to use the equity from our current house for the purchase. She not only helped fight for us to secure the purchase of the home we wanted when other buyers were involved, but also gave it her all to sell our house. We were so nervous listing our house two weeks before Christmas and trying to sell through several winter storms and she made it all happen. We highly recommend her. She was so responsive to every call and text and help us navigate the local market. She knew what tactics would make the most impact to sell our home quickly. We owe it all to her!!

Alicia was working with us to find the perfect house when we fell in love with one of her listings. But when we tried to get home insurance our agent found multiple major claims, paid to the owners, that werent disclosed. Alicia tried to get answers, but the sellers refused to provide any explanation or documentation. Sadly we had to cancel the contract and move on. Alicia did everything she could to make the sale successful. I dont believe there is an honest realtor in the area that will be able to sell that house. We would love to continue working with Alicia to find our dream home.

We used, Alicia Torrence to list our home for sale and to say it was a catastrophe is an understatement. She promised us a big for sale sign for the yard, and signs at the end of our development, that never happened, she had me place a tiny sign in our yard, She promised to advertise our house on websites and social media outlets, that never happened, in the 4 months our home was for sale through, Alicia she brought us one offer from a client she received from a agent who was not licensed in Ohio which entitles Alicia to buyer and seller commission, she then called us with outrageous request from the buyer that would breach our privacy policys and tried to force us to aEURoesee if from the buyers side. We did not feel in any way supported by Alicia or that she was representing us as the sellers. She was more interested in representing the buyers and what they wanted. We are happy we terminated our contract with Alicia Torrence.
