Lee Johnson sold us a house that he had personal interest in . He didnt fix things that he said he would fix . Took away things off the house and did not replace them that was part of the deal . He is not a trustworthy person and would not buy or sell a house with him .

Lee Johnson , submitted the requests that I had for certain items, however we did not see eye to eye on a few items, get the house sold, yes he was all in, but looking out for our best interest and getting out the best dollar we could for the home was not. I was told by another realtor you are crazy, you could get so much more for this home right now the market is HOT, and it was and I should have asked for the home to be listed for higher but Lee did not seem to think we could go higher, it was a wrong move. I have a new neighbor since the sale that just sold his home for the same price as what we sold our home for, and the square footage and features was nothing like the home we sold, and the home was about the same age, smaller and no special features like our home had, and I was just really disappointed. Lee is all about selling the home and not so much looking out for his client and getting the best deal possible for HIS client, just get it sold, I would not use Lee again, but certainly wish him the best in his endeavors
