I've spent a majority of my life living in Northern Michigan, but have had the opportunity to live all over the United States with my career field. After living in Germany for 3 years with the U.S. Army, I decided to move back home to raise my family. Lee Ann worked with me over the last year after my father's passing. Initially I was planning to buy his place, Lee Ann very patiently listened to me as I gave her reasons why I was offering what I did. She supported me even though I did not ultimately get the house. I looked around for a bit after with her assistance and recommendations. I looked East and West in the upper mitten an then in the South and East of the UP. I looked at hundreds of places and made offers. My loan is VA. I was beat by cash offers...very discouraging! Lee Ann kept a positive attitude and honed in on my type of house and property. She is a real professional! We had COVID, distance, I'm in Seattle, and other market obstacles. Lee Ann remained persistant and never let me down. Lee Ann always had recommendations, knew her region, most of all she knows the market. The house that I have bought is fabulous and I am looking forward to starting the next chapter there.
