My agent was Will Makowski. He was referred to us because of his extensive knowledge of the Delaware beaches and surrounding areas. Living in New York, most of our initial discussions were through emails or text messages. He was always very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We ultimately purchased a new town home and he was there for our walk through to identify any flaws or touch ups that were necessary (the blue tape process). His assistance there was very helpful.
