Several years ago my husband and I visited Tybee for the first time and were fortunate enough to meet Lee Ann when we decided we had to buy property there. Several years later here we are and we have bought two condos and sold one condo with Lee Ann. Lee Ann absolutely give the best, most EXCELLENT customer service!! She brings with her a real wealth of knowledge of the Tybee Island/Wilmington Island area. She has helped us find local contractors when one of our condos sustained some recent water damage, she has helped us find movers and just generally goes above and beyond!! No problem is ever too great and no question goes unanswered. I've worked with good real estate agents and bad real estate agents but have never worked with one who has become what Lee Ann is to us! I bless the day I picked up the phone to call Solomon Properties and Lee Ann answered the phone!!!
