A buyer approached me about purchasing our parents property before I listed with Sweet Home Alabama. But when that fell through, I contacted Leanne Laney per my cousins recommendation and listed with Sweet Home Alabama Real Estate. This was my first experience selling real estate and Leanne was patient and very helpful, she was open and honest and kept me informed. Every time I contacted her, she responded cheerfully and promptly. Interaction with other real estate agents was regarding was handled well. The remaining property consisted of 4 vacant lots that joined this listing and Leane listed it as well, closing was 11/03/2023. Im sure there are other agents who hold the same standards, working with Leanne has been a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to work with her again.
