As a first time home buyer, I didnt know who to reach out to. While browsing some homes in the South Hills area, I found a house that began my quest. Leanne was the listing agent for that particular house. I jotted down her phone number and gave her a call. My first conversation with her was a memorable one. She introduced herself and asked me how she could assist me. I gave her the rundown of not knowing where to start, and she took the time to explain how to get started. This was comforting, coming from somebody who seemed well established in this industry. After getting some things taken care of, I began looking at potential homes with Leanne. For reasons I dont want to go into, early in our home-search process, we switched our realtor from someone else to Leanne and believe me, that was one of the best decisions of our life. If you are a home buyer or seller, here is a tip - forget about reading the rest of this review and give her a call. You wont regret it. As first time home buyers, finding Leanne was the best bit of luck we could have hoped for. Leannes performance, expertise and knowledge as a realtor doesnt simply meet or exceed your expectations, it blows your mind. When she went to Germany to take care of her new born grandson, we thought that she would slow down. No such chance ! While half way around the world in a time zone 7 odd hours away, she still managed to get us into see houses within 3-4 HOURS of them coming on market. She would be on the phone at all hours of the day and night walking us through negotiations and answering questions and concerns. Once our contract was in, Leanne went several miles ahead and continued to be at our beck and call to answer questions, arrange inspections, change and addends and every other step of the way. Home buying is a stressful process. There is no denying that. On top of it if you have a mortgage to deal with, believe me all the excitement of having found a home will whittle away between actually finding it and closing on the mortgage. That said however, I am happy to say that every single day between our first contact with Leanne and our closing was made a little less worrisome because we had her on our side of the table.
