Leanne is the best! We were a big life change. We were moving from Chicago to find a house in Smyrna. We interviewed a bunch of different agents (virtually). Leanne stood out because she actually listen to us and try to get to know us and our family needs instead of just trying to sell us on her like almost every other agent did. She was super knowledgeable about the area and tech savvy which is critical when youre buying from out of state. Plus she had her ear to the ground which is also critical when youre buying in a very hot hot market like we were back in May. She really listened and figured out our style what we wanted. We even did a couple virtual tours of houses as they just came on the market. We decided wed wanted to try and come down to Smyrna to look at homes in person over one crazy weekend. Leanne was game for that. She figure out which upcoming weekend wou ll most likely yield the most houses hitting the market , so we could maximize our in person search. So that weekend came. After the first night we are pretty despondent. We arrived Thursday and the only house in our range were on the market for over 10days. But as other homes came on that Friday (as predicted) we are hopeful but then they would go under contract before they actually had showings We had 5 showing cancel with 2 hrs of listing because it was just that type of market. However Leanne knew of a home that was coming on the market that Saturday and she told me about it. First I was like no thats definitely not interesting at all She was like aEURoeI really think you should come see it firstaEUR?. Because I trusted her we when first thing that Saturday. Boy was she right and of course that ended up being our home! She help us navigate & put together a great offer which is essential in a hot market. That enabled us to get the house without feeling like we were overpaying. Shes so smart and savvy. The home is perfect for us! The community the neighborhood its everything we dreamed of for our family. Do yourself a favor and use her if you have the opportunity. Shes the best!
