About Leann Mahaffey

A native of Bristol Leann has lived all across the state of Tennessee but is excited to be back home while raising her family. Relocating multiple times with a husband and children, she personally knows the stresses of buying and selling a home. She became interested in helping others through that process. "Experience is life's best teacher. As a stay-at-home mom before obtaining my real estate license, my husband and I have been faced with multiple career-related moves. Knowing first-hand the challenges of relocating as the customer and as a REALTOR(R) I know I can help make your transition smoother. In fact, my desire to help others through the very process we dealt with was what prompted me to obtain my real estate license." Since obtaining her license in late 2015, it has become obvious she has chosen a career she is passionate about. In her first year, Leann was awarded Rookie of the Year 2016 for her stellar accomplishments. She since participated in Leadership 1.0 and 2.0; a program of the Northeast Tennessee Association of REALTORS(R) designed to develop leaders in the real estate field. The dedication she showed earned her the REALTOR of Distinction award for 2017. She currently serves on NETAR's Board of Directors. Leann has learned how important the REALTOR voice is to homeowners. Not only does she work hard for her clients during the buying and selling process, she also stands up for their rights as homeowners by investing in the REALTOR Political Action Committee. After learning what it takes to thrive in real estate, Leann knows it is more than just helping someone buy and sell their home. That is why she is active by standing up for homeowners' rights and enjoys being very involved in her community. When she is not working in real estate you can find her involved with her children's activities.

Leann is an amazing realtor! She worked with me for over 3 years until I FINALLY decided to sell my house. She was so patient and offered excellent resources to any questions/concerns I had. She is honest and I felt she always had my best interest at heart even when she had to tell me some tough truths concerning my house. She is very knowledgeable and had excellent suggestions concerning repairs/remolding that should or should not be done. Leann goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very professional and makes you feel like you are her top priority. She walked me through every step of the selling process and I was very impressed with the respect she gave to every realtor that contacted her about my home. We worked with Leann Mahaffey to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Leanns incredible work. She brought in a wonderful photographer and videographer to showcase our home, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also helped stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Leann was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and helped us close in less than 30 days! She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience and recommend her to all of our friends!

Leann was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are from out of town and her knowledge of the area was so helpful. She would do a live walk-through video, when we were unable to make it down. Whenever a house in the area and surrounding areas would come up she would send us information immediately. If I had any questions from the schools to what the rules of the state of buying a house was she was able to answer them quickly. We ended up purchasing a house from out of state so I cannot write her negotiation skills. Thank you so much Leann we really appreciate all the help.
