About Leann DEttore

I am a REALTOR and owner of Homistic Real Estate, Inc. I own three offices in Cranston, Wakefield and Charlestown, RI. I have been working in real estate for almost 20 years and opened a brokerage in 2006. I was recently awarded the 2019 state-wide RI REALTOR(R) of the Year! In 2011 and 2012 I was awarded "Most Innovative Company of the Year and "Green Company of the Year" by my local board. In June, 2010 I was was featured in the National REALTOR Magazine's "30 Under 30" Section in an article that chose honorees nationwide who have demonstrated qualities of business success, professional leadership, community involvement, top talent in the real estate industry, and other qualities like these. This recognition is one of the most rewarding moments in my career. I was also awarded the "Circle of Excellence Sales Award" in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 from my local board. I was also awarded for being ranked #8 in transaction sides, also given by my local board. I hold a Bachelors Degree and I am a proud member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and I serve as 2014 Treasurer on the board of Directors. In 2014, Homistic Real Estate opened a secondary branch office in Wakefield RI due to our high volume of clientele in that area. Soon after opening our Wakefield office, I opened a Charlestown office. All three offices have become very successful in a short amount of time. I have a true passion for the real estate industry and that is why it is my full time and lifetime career! I strive on perfecting a strong reputation built on integrity and trust amongst all of my clients and have made it the repetitious priority of my everyday business practices. I continuously work to utilize the great attributes that I have acquired by experience in real estate to develop those strategies to even higher professional standards. I have successfully formulated and perfected advanced marketing strategies to ensure that I can stay ahead of the market and any challenging changes that it may bring. I have been recognized and successful for having the ability to sell large volumes of properties in quick time frames. Leann was wonderful to work with helping me sell my duplex property in Narragansett. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the current market and price points, as well as coaching me on how best to stage my house. We have been looking for a house for 4 years and we've had a couple of other realtors and Leann is the best of the bunch. We thought ourselves to be "problem buyers" with the limitations we had with our needs; residency restrictions for work, number of bedrooms for the kids, affordability, etc. Leann worked with us for several months and always had a great attitude and never-ending energy. She always had new prospects for us and then pointed out things we needed to look out for once we viewed a house and never made us feel like "problem buyers." When we made offers on houses, she came armed with PAGES of other comparable properties to justify our offer to the selling realtor and that alone was a powerful tool to have with us. She helped us stay well within our budget and always replied to messages and e-mails very quickly (even when she was on vacation!). I've already recommended Leann to two other friends who are also looking for houses now. As they haven't yet gone through process of first time home buying, I'm not able to adequately express to them what an asset Leann is ad how she handled all of the little 'worries' that pop up during the home buying process.

Leann was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional and her communication was excellent. I was able to close on my house in just 3 weeks after making an offer. My attorney said it was the fastest closing on a foreclosed property that he had ever heard of in over 20 years of being in the business. Leann was vital to making the closing happen so quickly and she was able to make the process very easy for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. I will absolutely use her again.

Thank you Leann. Buying a house is one of the most draining experiences my wife and I ever had. Leanne made it one of the best experiences without her we would've given up along time ago we want to thank Leanne and Next Home Realty for everything that they did for us. Leanne was there for us to matter what time of the day, night, or weekend we called her even when she went away on vacation and she would answered the phone, email, or had one of her people from Next Home Reality waiting to meet us at a home to go see, she is the best realtor, businesswoman, or person you could deal with in this industry. She not only helped us find the dream home we were looking for but she was there to help us find a hardwood floor person, painter tile guy, she never let me down, with any question she always had a solution for any problem that I needed I cannot thank her enough.
