Leah was an incredible advocate. She helped us buy a beautiful home while we were difficult (often out of state) clients. She was always willing to do whatever was necessary to help us see the properties, and liaison between us and the seller /seller's agent, so that the whole process was seamless and quit enjoyable. I had the pleasure of working with Leah Triola. I had been trying to move out of my previous area for a while. Not only did she stick with me, but she also helped me sell my house and find my dream house! She is a master negotiator that has your best interests at heart. The last straw for me during my home sale came when the appraisal of my house came in lower than the selling price. I was disappointed and distraught. She fought the appraisal company, and they came with a positive outcome. We were able to sell the house quickly and I moved out! She is the best professional I have ever seen. I found Leah in a very odd way. I had looked at a house and then was told a couple days later that it was in contract. Then I saw it weeks later on Realtor.com and instantly filled out the form to talk to the realtor... not realizing it was just a lead generation thing and that I'd get contacted by a handful of realtors. I thought I was going to be contacted by the listing agent. (such a newwwwb) Anyway, within just one minute Leah picked up the phone and called me. I thought "wow - she's fast". At this point I still thought she was the listing agent and I asked her about the house - I asked if anything went wrong with the contract? She was so smooth LOL - just said no, that everything was fine. But that she could help me find what I was looking for. She treated me like a client and started working for me immediately... she didn't shove a contract in front of me. She just started sending me listings and communicating. She was what I call 'super high response' - meaning very little time lagged between me having a question and the answer appearing in my text or email. Then several weeks later I arrived in GA to see houses. What I love about her is how A-B she is and simple... She doesn't complicate things or think out loud LOL - she just handles it. Eventually she did give me the contract and I was so happy to sign it because I knew what she was made of. We found a house looking just two days. We just closed. Yay!!! She managed every single detail and I didn't have to do a thing - just sign!!??. Thank you Leah!! You're wonderful!
