ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Leah Guerra made buying a home far less stressful than most people say is even possible. This was my first time and my partners second. She had a very bad experience with her first time purchase, so she was full of questions and intent on doing all the research she could to protect our investment. At no time did Leah ever make us feel like we were asking too many questions or inappropriate questions. For me...the first time buyer of a home...well, lets just say Im looking forward to both selling and buying with Leah again, because she really did take any sting out of the situation. At one point during our purchase Leah left on an overseas vacation for a week, but we could barely tell she was gone because she remained in constant contact with us. As cliche as it may sound, she is truly dedicated to her clients. We felt like we were her only clients.
