We needed a real estate agent who could market a project of five luxury townhomes in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We knew when we hired Lea at Sotheby's we would be in good hands. We recently sold a condominium in CdA using Lea. She was extremely familiar with current market conditions and provided valuable input as to pricing. She organized and supervised all still photography, virtual walk-through photography and marketing materials. Lea was personally present at all showings to give us valuable peace of mind. Best of all, she kept us fully informed every step of the way. She told us of upcoming showings, communicated with us after every showing, and followed up with other agents and brokers who saw our property or who had questions. She was present when escrow papers were signed, stayed in touch with escrow personnel and kept us fully apprised of relevant time-lines. We have started looking for another property in the area and because we were so impressed with her, we are of course using Lea.
