Selling a home is a big event. For my parents, who lived in their house for 57 years, it was a very big life changing event. When looking for a realtor, I interviewed a number of agents and Layth really stood out. He was sincere, knowledgeable and clearly had extensive experience. We hired him to get the deal done. He was very kind to my parents and appreciated the big decision this was for them. At every corner, he made the process smooth and seamless. He was a great communicator and always responded quickly to my many questions. He did a great job evaluating and valuing the home. He was able to line us up with a buyer with a price we were very happy with. We had an offer quickly and then Layth helped us secure an attorney and everything else we needed to close the deal. I'm a three hour drive from my parents so much of the work was over the phone, text and emails and Layth never missed a beat. He is a step above the realtors Ive dealt with in the past.
