You can tell he truly cares for his clients, he was extremely accommodating to our hectic schedule, and would set up showings of homes that were convenient to us even if it ment sometimes looking at homes late at night. Lawrence helped us with the refinance of our Gilroy home. We live out of state so most of our communication was via email, text or by phone. We were a bit hesitant at first since we werent able to meet face to face and know exactly who it was we were working with. But Lawrence definitely made us feel comfortable from our first intital phone conversation. We had a list of questions and he had an answer for us every time. And if he didnt have an answer right then and there he got back to us ASAP with one. He was always in communication with us through the whole process. He was always keeping us posted on what the next step(s) would be. We came across a couple of issues on our end that we werent aware of but Lawrence and his team did a GREAT job of helping us resolve the issues in a timely manner where we were still able to close on the expected date. He also provided us with some information on our current rental that we would never have known of. We thank him for that as well.
