I had first contact with Lawrence via a Zillow request. Since our initial contact he has been fantastic. We were out of state looking for homes and he took video, got questions answered for us, etc all extremely fast. When it came time to make offers he gave great guidance, etc. Through the closing process and afterward he answered or got the answer to every question we had. When the temperature dropped below freezing he even went out and covered the faucets on the home to protect it for us since we were out of state. This was above and beyond the expectations I had. I highly recommend Lawrence as a realtor.
