Lawrence helped us first-time homeowners buy a home in Brooklyn! To say that he was JUST our real estate agent is a gross understatement. He was our friend, confidant, and quite honestly a therapist throughout our home buying experience during an epic pandemic in New York City.We started our search in Fall of 2020. We didn't have a serious intentions of buying an apt and were just interested in what's available. The very first place we looked at a listing online for was one that Lawrence was a listing agent for. We were super lucky, we stuck with him ever since and do not regret it one bit. It was probably one of the best life decisions we have ever made.Lawrence helped us look at almost 25 places during the pandemic. This involved multiple neighborhoods in Brooklyn...DURING pandemic. He took care of all the scheduling details, covid compliance forms etc. How he accomplished this in the pandemic is quite amazing!Like most first-time buyers, we THOUGHT we wanted something but Lawrence was smart enough to show us some variety and we ended up getting a condo that was quite different than what we initially thought we wanted. We were super happy! Within a few weekends, we found the place of our dreams, put in an offer (which Lawrence helped negotiate) , and it got accepted and we signed the offer!Lawrence hooked us up with an amazing real estate lawyer and some great potential bankers at a variety of banks for our mortgage. Unfortunately due the timing and pandemic, most banks weren't giving us the kind of financing we were looking for. We finally found a bank that would give us the financing that we needed....and this was the source of our troubles.We chose a small bank that was super overloaded and under resourced. They were....slow...real slow...and not the most organized.I can tell you one thing...I don't think we would've gotten through this without Lawrence! He went above and beyond the duties of a regular realtor. We were also going through a mortgage broker. He was stepping in and constantly keeping the lines of communication open between the mortgage broker, our slow lending bank, the seller, and our lawyer. He truly was a super-agent. I kid you not. Upon closing our real estate lawyer also mentioned that in all of his years, he hadn't seen anyone work as hard as Lawerence to make sure the deal got done.Lawrence genuinely had our best interests at heart. I cannot recommend him enough. He is personal, hones, transparent, considerate, and super hard working. Both my wife and I were super fortunate to have him help find us our home!

I met Lawrence back in May 2020 when I just started to look into the market for my first home purchase. Stepping into a field where I had no clue what was in front of me and having negative experiences with almost every real estate realtor in the past, I was full of uncertainty and nervousness. But Lawrence was there. His kindness and professionalism made me feel he was one of a kind who's hard to come across in this field. Lawrence immediately gained my full trust after a couple of showings. I had a unique case compared to the usual home purchase where 1031 exchange, power of attorney, and more complexities involved. But Lawrence was there to lead and solve all the problems. He is ALWAYS on standby for your texts and calls. After finding the home I wanted to buy, I applied for a mortgage around August but finally got it approved in December. I had lost faith during this tedious process because it took a long long long long time. But Lawrence was there again to console and coordinate in between. My purchase could not have been completed if Lawrence wasn't always there for his client. The whole process was not easy at all, it was rather frustrating at times. But Lawrence made sure it all will work out, in the end. Cannot express this enough, this guy is one of a kind. Talk and work with him and you'll understand.
