We appreciated all that Lauryn has done for us since we first contacted her to put our house on the market. Lauryn was recommended to us by the realtor we were working with in Maine where we are relocating to. After our first meeting with Lauryn, due to our timeline, we decided to postpone putting the house on the market. But, as changes in our family occurred, we changed our minds, again, and Lauryn was very flexible with our new timeline. We were able to accelerate our move-out date to Maine to be closer to family. Lauryn did a wonderful job coordinating all of her recommended contractors for: all of the inside painting details; recommendation of a local "move-out cleaning crew"; staging of all furniture for showing the house.
