During our due diligence period, we really wanted an inspection, but the seller did not. Barbara listened to our concerns, effectively communicated that the deal was contingent upon our due diligence being satisfactory for us, and negotiated with the seller to make that happen! We had an unfortunate circumstance where two other units in the same development went up for sale right before we listed ours.
