We so enjoyed working with Kristin on our purchase of our New Hampshire home! My wife and I were introduced to Dave through a relocation specialist. At first I assumed all Realtors were the same but I quickly learned Dave was a cut above the rest. When we met, he took the time to find out what was really important to us. From that point on he made us feel like we were the only people he was working with, as I harassed him often. Dave's knowledge of areas and homes was tremendous. A few times I'd see a house and say, "Dave, this is the one" and he'd show up and say, "This isn't the one Brian. We can find something better". We saw a large number of houses, got outbid on a few, and had some laughs along the way. As we were becoming discouraged Dave always stayed positive and always said, "Your house is out there". Well, we eventually came across "The House". He guided us through the steps that would allow us to stand out from the crowd and it worked. She quickly responded to all my questions and requests. She had most of the information at hand that I needed, and when she didnt, she found it very fast. She made sure that my property was preserved even in my absence, and took care of all showings at the house without me being there at all. All questions and inquiries raised were transmitted to me immediately, so that I could answer quickly and satisfy potential customers. She gave me superb advice on what I should do to handle the different offers that came through. Overall, she was superb in all aspects of a very successful sale!
